The GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in management consulting, investment banking, business development, and tech to accelerate Datadog’s global growth. We work directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to set strategy, improve efficiency across the business, support data-driven decision-making, own complex operations, and more. In this role, you will be key to identifying areas for revenue growth, helping Datadog make data driven decisions, and designing and executing on strategic initiatives across our go-to-market teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a key thought partner to our C&A leadership team.

  • Own the C&A data source of truth, metrics and KPIs, and continue to evolve them over time to improve the business.

  • Own global channels and alliances operating cadence such as monthly and quarterly business reviews and performance metrics/analytics.

  • Build reporting and metrics to help understand and further develop our partner experience across all stages of the partner journey, including onboarding, enablement, and ongoing.

  • Independently take action to bring your ideas to fruition, designing, launching, and leading C&A programs and improvements to our operating model. Own the success of outcomes and progress reporting to leadership. Align relevant stakeholders across the company to drive projects to completion.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure C&A alignment in account prioritization and account-specific strategy and measure C&A impact.

  • Help extend best practices from our direct teams to our C&A teams.

  • Use external data to help identify partners we should be targeting across the globe.

  • Input into C&A strategy and planning, including annual headcount prioritization and comp plan design.

  • Collaborate with ops scaling to roll out new processes, tools, and systems that make it easier to collaborate with channel partners and cloud alliances.

Who You Are:

  • At least 3-5 years in GTM strategy, management consulting, investment banking / equity research, or equivalent, with 2+ of those years in a GTM Strategy and Operations role or similar.

  • Strong sense of ownership: will own and measure outcomes along with customer success, sales, marketing, technical solutions, product, etc.

  • Strong analytical problem solving abilities: can model any operational question with high attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to proactively develop actionable recommendations and process improvements from qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Strong verbal and written communicator.

  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

  • Equally comfortable with the big picture and with the details

  • Experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, etc) or a willingness to learn on the job.
