SaaS Integrations is at the core of Datadog’s platform - we surface data from customers' SaaS platforms into Datadog to provide users with full visibility into their stack. Our main objective is to remediate any observability gaps for existing and potential customers so they can manage their entire technical stack on Datadog. You'll join an established, continuously growing product area, leading the charge on multiple technical challenges; scaling and maintaining our 110+ integrations, streamlining our ability to build new integrations to increase our coverage of emerging technologies, and enhancing existing integrations to increase adoption and value for our customers.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define our technical roadmap in alignment with product goals and engineering driven initiatives
  • Work with our integrations platform & experience teams to ensure our integrations are scalable and maintainable, and that we can quickly make changes to meet customer needs
  • Partner with other product teams at Datadog to surface data where it matters to customers
  • Create a strong team culture aligned with our engineering standards and customer focus
  • Participate in hands-on work: Code reviews, design reviews and some coding

Who You Are:

  • A Software Engineer at heart with a previous experience leading software engineering teams, as a people manager or tech lead with direct reports
  • Strong technician, particularly with Python or Go, who is interested in being a hands-on leader, contributing to code reviews and some code
  • You have a strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent leader with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Passionate about technology and committed to continuous learning and professional development
  • You have a track record of delivering high-quality software products on schedule and collaborating closely with customers and product partners
  • You have a BS/MS/PhD in a Computer Science, Engineering or related scientific field or equivalent experience
