Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Manager in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Lead advisory and implementation services of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments. Lead the full data delivery lifecycle for implementations, including defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Drive operational efficiency for information technology projects by maintaining data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise for continuous insights and improvements. Build out asset portfolio for clients and increase the immersion and integration of existing assets with clients; leverage insights to evaluate opportunities, shape strategy on where to focus efforts and create a demand forecast for Deloitte services. Understand and articulate compelling value propositions around product(s) and services to accelerate client sales and adoption appetite. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Manage service excellence in relation to information technology projects by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and develop proposal-pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities; manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Validated GxP Cloud Analytics Modernization frameworks for MedTech to oversee advisory and implementation services and generate insights to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments while addressing localization;
• Leading teams that perform cloud data management, including data tagging, master data management, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, and data modeling utilizing Cloud capabilities and tools;
• Organizing and leading large and complex data modernization pursuit teams, leading proposal development efforts, estimating unit effort for Extract, Load, and Transform (ELT), Reverse Engineering, Modeling and Solution build, developing proposal-pricing strategies, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers;
• Overseeing the execution of client deliverables, including End-to-End Data Flow Diagrams and Operational Service Level Agreements per business specifications and agreed timelines, utilizing Agile and Cloud Modernization methodologies;
• Developing and executing networking strategies, sales tracking mechanisms, pitch presentations and document analysis, aimed at increasing client engagements using Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Operations frameworks; and
• Performing the role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $193,725.00 - $322,875.00.
