Application Modernization & Innovation

At Deloitte Consulting LLP, Deloitte Application Modernization & Innovation consultants leverage the best of innovative technology, people, and delivery approaches to help our clients dream, explore, build, and optimize their futures. The AMI practice delivers end-to-end technology solutions to enable and improve our clients’ core business operations. AM&I is composed of three different areas – Program & Transformation Manage, Application Modernization & Migration and Quality Engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time (Monday - Thursday/Friday).
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years professional experience
  • Pre-requisite * must have completed Deloitte Hire Our Heroes Fellowship program

Preferred:

  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization
  • Experience in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Rally, Jira
  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile Methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,925 - $179,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
