Key responsibilities
- Architecture & technical leadership: Define target architecture for full-stack and GenAI-enabled solutions (APIs, front ends, data layers, integrations), balancing speed, quality, security, and maintainability.
- Hands-on engineering: Build and review production-grade code across UI, services, and data components; set coding standards and drive refactoring where needed.
- GenAI solution delivery: Design and implement GenAI patterns such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), tool/agent workflows, prompt patterns, and model integration; ensure reliability via evaluation and testing strategies.
- Cloud-native engineering: Deliver on AWS/Azure/GCP using microservices, containers, platform services (PaaS), and serverless (FaaS); design for scalability, resiliency, and cost awareness.
- DevSecOps & SRE practices: Implement CI/CD, automated testing, security scanning, observability (logs/metrics/traces), and operational readiness; drive incident learnings into engineering improvements.
- Delivery leadership: Lead sprint execution and quality gates; manage technical risks, dependencies, and environment readiness; coordinate across multiple teams/vendors where needed.
