Our ServiceNow practice is expanding its AI and automation capabilities following ServiceNow’s acquisition of Moveworks, ushering in a new era of agentic AI-driven enterprise workflows. As organizations move beyond experimentation with AI toward large-scale, production-ready solutions, Deloitte is investing in talent who can architect, integrate, and operationalize these capabilities across complex IT environments.
This role focuses on the IT and platform-centric implementationofMoveworks within the ServiceNow ecosystem, emphasizing deep workflow orchestration, integrations, and end-to-end solution architecture. You will work with CIOs, IT leaders, and platform owners to design and deliver AI-powered experiences that automate real IT use cases—turning employee requests into completed work across enterprise systems.
As a ServiceNow – Moveworks Senior Consultant (IT & Platform Integration), you will:
- Lead Moveworks and ServiceNow–centric implementation workstreams focused on IT service delivery, IT operations, and cross-platform automation, from discovery through deployment.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures that combine Moveworks’ AI Assistant and Reasoning Engine with ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and governance capabilities.
- Translate IT use cases (e.g., incident, request, access, asset, change, and operational workflows) into agentic AI-driven solutions that execute actions across multiple enterprise systems.
- Architect and oversee integrations and plugins, leveraging APIs, web services, and event-driven patterns to connect Moveworks with ServiceNow, identity platforms, infrastructure tools, and other enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Configure and optimize AI agents, plugins, and automation flows to ensure reliable execution, policy compliance, and scalability across IT domains.
- Partner with client stakeholders to define current-state and target-state IT service architectures, including workflow orchestration, data flow, and systems of record.
- Facilitate design sessions and architecture reviews with IT, security, and platform teams to align on standards, guardrails, and roadmaps.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership during build, test, and deployment phases, ensuring solution quality, performance, and supportability.
- Support program and workstream management activities, including dependency planning, risk identification, and milestone tracking.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Deloitte’s Moveworks + ServiceNow delivery assets, accelerators, and leading practices.
