Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in New York, New York.
Work You’ll Do
Manage the creation of innovative and transformative technology solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients. Manage the future-state business process and key design decisions for Information Technology and Operational environments. Manage technical enablement assessments to determine key process and organizational gaps in business environments. Manage vendor assessment for content management for companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessments. Manage engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Develop proposals and contribute to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have three years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and five years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires three years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing industry and competitor analysis, market research and surveys, stakeholder interviews, marketing funnels, and customer segmentation to drive the creation of strategic and operational solutions for clients within the Consumer industries;
- Guiding teams that aim to provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models;
- Participating in day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers;
- Working across all phases of the development lifecycle for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients, including leading workshop design sessions;
- Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis for purposes of developing solutions for client challenges utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel; and
- Promoting business development efforts, including proposal creation and the maintenance and strengthening of client relationships.

Annual Salary: $260,000.00 - $306,000.00
