Work You’ll Do

As a Consultant, Healthcare Supply Chain & Data Analytics on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for…

  • Supporting requirements development activities that accelerate Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor product list coverage and improve sourcing outcomes
  • Performing spend, supplier, inventory, and procurement performance analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement
  • Conducting supplier research, market research, and data validation activities to support acquisition-ready requirements packages and sourcing strategies
  • Assisting with process improvement and governance efforts that strengthen data quality, workflow execution, and supply chain decision-making
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support transformation initiatives within healthcare supply chain and procurement operations

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain, sourcing, procurement, contracting, category management, or medical/surgical purchasing
  • 2+ years of experience supporting data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, Microsoft Excel, or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Ability to be onsite 2 days a week at the nearest Deloitte office.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain, sourcing, procurement, contracting, category management, or medical/surgical purchasing
  • 2+ years of experience supporting data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, Microsoft Excel, or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
  • 2+ years of experience supporting business requirements development, process improvement, operational transformation, or data governance activities
  • 2+ years of experience conducting spend analysis, supplier analysis, inventory analysis, market research, or procurement performance analysis
  • Experience applying the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in acquisition, sourcing, or contracting support activities
  • 2+ years of experience in federal health
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 to $182,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
