About the Team

The Sales team at DoorDash's In-Store division is on a mission to redefine and reshape the hospitality industry for restaurant operators around the globe. We are changing the current landscape by opening the door for hospitality operators to grow their guest relationships and streamline operations.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will create new business sales opportunities by researching restaurants, hotels, and hospitality operators in NAM. You'll create outreach plans and determine how these operators can benefit from using our platform, identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects that fit within our target customer profile. You will play an important role in the sales process by promoting the power of our one of a kind guest experience and retention platform through introductory and discovery calls, connecting and building positive relationships with people from all walks of life.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Execute strategic account outreach into a defined set of enterprise accounts. Use personalized, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, video) with messaging aligned to active ABM campaigns and account insights.
  • Partner with Sales & Account Based Marketing teams on pipeline generation. Collaborate with AEs to align on target accounts and outreach strategy while working closely with the ABM team to execute campaigns.
  • Drive regional intelligence and campaign feedback from prospect conversations. Surface insights and trends to inform ABM messaging, targeting, and content strategy across key APAC markets.
  • Deliver timely, high-quality meetings that turn into Sales Qualified Opportunities. Hit monthly targets for qualified meetings, SQOs, and pipeline contributions while continuously refining outreach strategies.
  • Share learnings from regional engagement efforts across geographies. Contribute insights on geographical nuances, buyer objections, and response rates to optimize results in assigned markets.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 1+ years of previous work experience and are passionate about the hospitality industry with cold calling, sales training and Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • You have incredible attention to detail and are able to juggle multiple requests while working autonomously in a quota-driven sales environment
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and excel when faced with a challenge, with the ability to connect and build positive relationships
  • You are curious, autonomous, and goal-focused with the drive to continuously test new outreach strategies and optimize results
  • You thrive in collaborative environments working with cross-functional teams while maintaining individual accountability for pipeline generation and meeting targets
