The DashPass Integrated Marketing team sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and product, bringing members outsized value and spearheading the most culturally resonant occasions for DashPass members. We’re focused on making DashPass the most valuable membership in local commerce by anchoring it in unmissable savings for our members.
About the Role
As the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing on the DashPass team, you will lead the development of consumer-first strategies that bring DoorDash’s biggest seasonal moments to life, and unlock more exclusive savings for DashPass members. You’ll focus on shaping and executing large, complex, cross-functional campaigns — ensuring every initiative delivers outsized value for DashPass members and ladders up to our broader brand and business goals.

- Own marquee DashPass moments, including seasonal programs, major tentpoles, and high-visibility membership initiatives that drive cultural relevance and member value.
- Lead large-scale, full-funnel campaigns that span brand, growth, partnerships, CRM, in-app, and external media ensuring a unified strategy and flawless execution.
- Act as the lynchpin between cross-functional teams including Growth, Brand, CRM, Creative Studio, Strategy & Operations, Product, Finance, and Analytics to build and execute on integrated marketing strategies for DashPass
- Drive strategic alignment with cross-functional partners & Senior Leadership by developing briefs, frameworks, and insights that articulate the role of DashPass in every occasion and a .
- Partner closely with Product and S&O to identify dependencies, build end-to-end solutions, and ensure the member experience delivers on campaign ambition.
- Establish clear goals, reporting cadence, and learning plans in partnership with Analytics and channel owners.
- Create process where process doesn’t exist across key DashPass growth & partnership initiatives to streamline operations and foster a productive team culture
- Drive cross-functional meetings and own end-to-end project trackers to rally key stakeholders towards a shared goal
- Identify gaps in consumer insights and create testing plans in partnership with Marketing Insights and Research teams
- Create positioning and messaging frameworks for our lifecycle audiences, and establish testing plans that optimize DashPass value props to drive the highest conversion rate
- Identify resource gaps for DashPass Occasions across the marketing team, and partner with your Manager and XFN partners to fill them.
We’re excited about you because…
You have:
- 7–10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, growth marketing or product marketing.
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex, high-visibility campaigns in fast-paced environments.
- Outstanding storytelling and brief-writing skills rooted in audience insights and clear strategic thinking.
- Ability to influence across teams including Product, S&O, Growth, Brand, Analytics, and Creative.
- Strong operational instincts, with the ability to identify gaps, improve processes, and drive clarity across stakeholders.
- A creative and collaborative inclination; you love working with a team and solving challenging problems in new ways
- A track record of driving and measuring business success through Marketing
- Fluency across the marketing mix, fully understanding marketing principles and their role across the funnel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

See below for paid time off details:
- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
