About the Team

The DoorDash Enterprise team is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest restaurant groups in North America. Given the scale of our key partners, this role is a critical piece of DoorDash’s growth and success in every market in which we operate.

About the Role

This is a high-visibility leadership role at the heart of DoorDash's Enterprise business.

  • As a people leader, you'll coach, mentor, and advise a group of Account Managers, helping them grow into stronger operators and leaders.
  • You'll own executive relationships with some of DoorDash's largest and most strategic restaurant brands, engaging directly with VP and C-Suite stakeholders to shape long-term partnership strategy and business priorities.
  • You'll serve as a strategic partner and advisor to cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Engineering, S&O, and Business Development, helping determine which products and services are right for our Enterprise merchants and shaping our go-to-market plans.
  • Success in this role demands exceptional executive presence, outstanding communication skills, and sharp problem-solving abilities; along with a deep commitment to representing a critical voice of DoorDash to the merchants we serve.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Coach and develop a team of Account Managers, helping them grow into stronger strategic advisors for their own accounts
  • Own executive relationships with a portfolio of DoorDash's top Enterprise restaurant brands, engaging directly with VP and C-Suite leaders
  • Serve as a critical voice of DoorDash to merchants, representing the company's strategy and values in every high-stakes conversation
  • Contribute to team culture and people development across the Enterprise org through mentorship, hiring, and leadership

We’re excited about you because…

  • You are a thought leader and develop followership through mentoring junior team members. You manage business initiatives and cross functional projects and/or teams
  • You are a problem solver at core, with a strong bias for action
  • You bring a data-driven approach to structuring problems, driving forward the “why” of how we are testing and tracking results
  • You find the right balance of data and common sense to problem solve, and think creatively when we have incomplete information
  • You like rolling up your sleeves as much as you like the big picture
  • You’re comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts; we move quick and are defining an entire industry
  • You know how to take very broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear milestones and goals, with minimal guidance
