About the role

Eight Sleep is looking for a talented Partnerships Coordinator to support our influencer programs. You’ll work directly with the VP of Brand and Marketing on the day-to-day management of the partnerships including, sourcing partners, overseeing content creation, and reporting to further expand the brand’s profile in a way that drives the business forward.

This is a crucial role in translating the company’s mission by establishing relationships with key influential individuals and media who can reach our desired audiences. You’ll report to VP of Brand and Marketing.

How you’ll contribute:

  • Identify new relationships with influencers and other partners by conducting extensive market, audience, and competitor research

  • Develop a framework for vetting inbound partnership requests at scale

  • Manage the day-to-day outreach to potential influencer partners

  • Source key information to enable the collaboration, including gathering pricing, packages, and availability

  • Own the activation of each of these partners, including contracts, product shipping and activation, gathering key assets, and setting up landing pages and discount codes in internal systems.

  • Maintain up-to-date influencer databases

  • Support in the coordination of media and influencer events

  • Maintain updated reporting on the media calendar and performance tracker

  • Own air check tracking for all campaigns

What you need to succeed:

  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting, startups, or marketing. Experience with influencer marketing is a plus

  • You have a passion for working with influencers and media

  • You enjoy building and fostering partner relationships

  • Experience taking projects from 0-1 with little oversight and ability to articulate the why's and how's

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset looking to grow your career in a high-pace growth-oriented environment

  • You are data-driven and eager to measure the results of your initiatives

  • You have a creative mindset, are execution-focused, and work with an owner mentality, willing to roll up your sleeves

  • You have strong organizational skills, and the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master new skills
