About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Provider Partnerships to own and scale our provider and strategic partnerships. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the adoption of Evvy’s platform among healthcare providers while also launching distribution and co-marketing partnerships that expand our reach. You’ll work cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, product, and operations to design seamless solutions for providers and partners—helping Evvy transform how vaginal health is diagnosed and treated.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and can build a high-impact partnerships function from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive provider adoption and enablement: Own the full lifecycle of inbound and outbound provider relationships, developing a scalable approach to drive adoption of Evvy’s platform. Work closely with marketing, clinical, product, and operations teams to create materials, workflows, and support structures that make it easy for providers to integrate Evvy into their practice.
  • Build a scalable partnerships framework: Develop a data-driven framework for evaluating and prioritizing strategic channels, including other digital health companies, providers, and healthcare systems, to ensure alignment with Evvy’s mission and growth strategy.
  • Develop and launch strategic partnerships: Identify, structure, and launch distribution and co-marketing collaborations with digital health companies, women’s health brands, and other key players to expand Evvy’s reach.
  • Create scalable partnership models: Design and implement go-to-market strategies, revenue-sharing structures, and operational workflows that drive long-term success for both Evvy and our partners.
  • Use data to drive impact: Analyze funnel performance and key partnership metrics to continuously refine outreach strategies, optimize engagement tactics, and improve conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, growth, or business development, with at least 2 years of experience with provider-facing referrals / distribution at a health-tech startup.
  • Strong track record of structuring and launching large, high-impact partnerships
  • Understanding of provider workflows, clinical adoption hurdles and digital health distribution models.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and writing skills.
  • A strategic thinker who can move fluidly between high-level vision and hands-on execution
  • Passion for women’s health and a desire to transform how vaginal health is understood and treated.

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience working directly with both providers and other B2B partners in the healthcare ecosystem
  • Experience in the women’s health space
