What you can do for Expel

  • Team up with sales to hit annual and quarterly bookings targets, strategizing in QBRs and 'must win deal' reviews for maximum impact.
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns to boost brand awareness, pump up pipeline, and smash company revenue targets in the enterprise segment.
  • Execute full-funnel ABM and demand gen strategies to supercharge pipeline and turbocharge sales, both online and offline.
  • Plan and pull off regional field marketing events in the US that generate leads and boost brand buzz.
  • Serve up data and insights on ABM target account penetration, program performance, and more, keeping everyone in the loop and ahead of the game.
  • Keep sales informed on all marketing activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and enhancing conversion opportunities.

What you should bring with you

  • Over 5 years navigating the enterprise/SaaS tech landscape, thriving in its fast-paced environment and embracing rapid evolution.
  • 5+ years deeply immersed in the cybersecurity industry, decoding the minds of security execs and practitioners with ease.
  • Over half a decade crafting and steering ABM programs of all sizes, seamlessly collaborating with sales for stellar outcomes.
  • 3+ years commanding 6Sense, from campaign setup to seamless integration with Marketo and Salesforce, empowering sales teams for success.
  • Over 5 years orchestrating premier field and corporate events for B2B SaaS companies in the cybersecurity realm, infusing creativity and expertise into every detail.
  • Adept at articulating complex ideas convincingly, collaborating closely with sales to deliver strategic plans and results with finesse.
  • Drive continuous improvement with a growth mindset, crafting ground-breaking programs that align with business priorities and drive tangible results.
  • Harness data to fine-tune campaigns and make strategic decisions that propel success.

Additional Notes

Pay range: $126,500 - $183,400 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.

We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.

Our headquarters is in Herndon, Virginia, however our team is mostly remote, and we have full support for remote interaction. We realize that while there is benefit to in-person interaction, good people don’t all live in Northern Virginia.
