Compliance Operations (within Global Operations) plays a critical role in Meta to provide excellent Operational Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Obligations globally. As a Global Program Manager for Compliance, you will be responsible for supporting risk discovery and mitigation across Financial, Third-Party Developer and Privacy Operations, as well as assigned projects and the cross-functional efforts associated with their delivery.

Global Program Manager, Compliance Operations Responsibilities:
- Leverage your knowledge of Financial Compliance, Third-party Developers and/or Privacy as a domain expert in order to effectively advocate for our operational needs with key stakeholders (e.g., Product, Engineering, Legal, and other cross-functional teams).
- Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences including supporting material for Meta executives and Global Operations Leadership.
- Distill and present complex data insights to inform and facilitate strategic decision-making, surface high-impact trade-offs, and develop well-reasoned recommendations to guide leadership in navigating intricate operational, legal, and compliance risk assessments.
- Identify and scope opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, improve quality, and implement scalable solutions
- Project-manage and prioritize work based on urgency and complexity while building operational cadences across technical and operational teams to coordinate work and identify resource needs, operational constraints and craft overall response to needs across Financial, Developer and Privacy Compliance.
- Escalate key gaps to policy partners, Legal, and Community Operations, taking ownership of driving collaborative efforts to close these gaps and achieve compliance.
- Set priorities, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
- 5 + years of program management experience scoping, developing and implementing compliance programs.
- Experience in project management and change management
- Track record of collaborating cross-functionally, partnering with multiple teams, such as Engineering, Legal, and Data to build solutions
- Experience problem-solving, drafting/proven communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience using data and insights to develop targeted programmatic efforts to address problems and opportunities
- Experience communicating with technical and business stakeholders
- Self-starter, intellectually curious and resourceful when faced with limited options
- Experience acting independently across competing priorities
- Experience in legal operations for a tech company
- Experience in the Financial, Legal, Public Policy or Compliance space
