Meta seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a team of experienced professionals in the Equity Programs team. The position will be responsible for many aspects of Meta’s global equity programs. Our ideal candidate is a clear communicator who is exceedingly detail oriented, has excellent knowledge of equity compensation along with managing projects and deadlines.

Equity Programs Analyst Responsibilities:
- Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.
- Acts as a single point of contact, with integrative responsibility for all aspects of assigned projects, from inception to project completion.
- Solve problems, engage in technical and business discussions, and working with stakeholders
- Assist with the new hire and annual grant processes.
- Engage with employees by providing timely responses to their questions via our case management system.
- Maintain accurate participant data within the equity administration platform.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain trading blackout periods and pre-clearance process.
- Manage systems adjustments related to vesting suspension.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from HR, payroll, legal, and accounting.
- 5+ years of stock administration experience.
- Experience in equity administrative applications
- Bachelor's degree.
- CEP level 1 certification.
- Stock administration experience with a publicly traded global company.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with equity taxation & compliance.
- Experience with EquiView and GAin administration applications.
- Project managing experience
- Previous experience using EquiView
