We are looking for a Performance Marketing and Community Management Lead with a passion for sports and technology. This individual is one with knowledge of top sports brands and franchises and their needs, a willingness to maintain and develop relationships with clients, and one of great organization skills. Our rockstar will work directly with the CEO, and will be a crucial part in strengthening and expanding our partnerships with the biggest sports teams in the world.
What You'll Do:
You’ll be responsible for managing operations of our paid and organic social channel strategy, including content strategy.
Responsibilities -
· Provide hands-on optimization of ad campaigns across all marketing channels towards the company’s performance KPI, with an emphasis on CAC
· Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics.
· Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance
· Assist with communicating outcomes to internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:
· At least 3+ years of related performance marketing or paid acquisition experience
· A firm grasp of Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and data driven marketing
· Strong analytical ability
· Ability to analyze performance data for optimizations
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with live streaming tools
· Experience working with professional sports teams and brands
· Experience hiring and managing teams
