You will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring our core values are reflected in our programs and policies.
In addition, you’ll:
- Provide strategic guidance to corporate function senior leadership on org design, talent development, change management, performance and compensation planning, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
- Partner with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and Central Services to design and deliver people programs that address evolving business needs.
- Lead complex global employee relations matters and investigations, ensuring fair, consistent application of policies and compliance with local employment laws
- Coach managers, employees, and HRBPs on performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace challenges across global contexts.
- Serve as a key point of escalation for sensitive concerns, driving resolution with empathy, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Develop, review and update HR policies and ER training programs to ensure compliance, reinforce values and promote best practices.

You’re excited to collaborate with an organization that cares deeply about employee experience. You're enthusiastic about the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You’re an empathetic, collaborative problem-solver who values impact, welcomes feedback, and works with kindness and clarity. In addition, you have:
- A BA / BS degree or higher, with 5-8 years of HR Business Partner and/or Employee Relations experience, working in a global organization
