FLORA is Cursor for Creatives: the first agentic creative tool built for creative professional teams to 10x their creative output by automating entire creative workflows. FLORA has all the best text, image, and video models on one infinite canvas, allowing creative teams to concept rapidly, generate hundreds of variations, collaborate in real-time, and send generative workflows to clients. We are trying to build the first truly intelligent creative tool.

Our launch announcement went viral with 4M+ total impressions, and in a few months we’ve scaled up to hundreds of thousands of users and are used by many of world's top creative teams (e.g. Pentagram, MSCHF, A24).

We just raised a $6.5M round, led by Mike Volpi at Hanabi (former Index GP) with participation from Menlo Ventures, Scott Belsky (formerly Adobe CPO and Behance founder), Justin Kan (Twitch founder), and Gabriel Whaley (MSCHF founder). Existing investors include a16z Speedrun, Cyan Banister at Long Journey Ventures (SpaceX, Niantic), Matt Hartman at Factorial (Huggingface), Comma Capital, Vipul Prakash (Together AI Founder), and angels from Facebook AI Research Lab, Midjourney, Pika, Notion, Linear, Harvey, Stability and more.

Role

We’re looking to bring on our first operations hire.

You'll work closely with the Founder/CEO (Weber) to help run the company.

You will own the day-to-say systems that keep the company running including recruiting, onboarding, internal coordination, office management, and company infrastructure, while also helping shape longer-term initiatives around team experience, hiring, performance, and planning.

We're looking for someone who is highly effective, high attention to detail, hard-working, high-potential, and ambitious.

This role would be a crash course in how to run a high-growth startup.

We are rooted in the NYC art & tech scene, and host art & tech events. We’re based in Williamsburg at the Domino Sugar Factory and are an in-person team.
