We’re looking for a Creative Producer who thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment and knows how to bring ideas to life across motion, video, and emerging AI-driven workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Director to craft high-impact, culturally resonant work spanning campaigns, social content, brand activations, and experiential media. This role calls for a T-shaped creative—someone with broad production capabilities and deep expertise in a specialized craft—who can seamlessly balance experimentation with execution.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end production for creative projects, from concept to delivery (campaigns, social media assets, brand activations, experiential content).
Develop and execute motion graphics, short-form videos, and experimental media for product launches, events, and cultural moments.
Work fluidly across editing suites (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) to bring concepts to life.
Leverage generative AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and final outputs—pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in motion and design.
Manage production workflows, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency across all channels.
Stay ahead of trends in AI, motion design, and culture to inform creative direction and experimentation.
Occasionally support larger commercial campaigns and collaborations with artists, agencies, or brand partners.
Who You Are
A hybrid thinker who moves fluidly between storytelling, design, and technical production.
A T-shaped creative with broad, versatile production skills but deep expertise in at least one area—whether commercial creative, motion graphics, graphic design and layout, studio videography, interactive/computational media, or another specialized craft.
Proficient in multiple editing suites (DaVinci, Adobe, Final Cut) with excellent After Effects and motion design skills strongly desired.
Experience in creative production with generative AI tools—an absolute must.
Ideally, you’ve worked on commercial creative campaigns (agency, production studio, or in-house brand) and know how to balance innovation with strategic clarity.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple timelines without sacrificing creative quality.
Excited to work closely with a Creative Director and collaborate with a lean, high-caliber team at the intersection of brand, culture, and technology.
