This role is based in NYC and requires building physical products onsite. Qualifications Proven experience working in consumer or industrial products, with direct impact on mechanical design of robotics systems and components (actuators, gears, skeletal parts) Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Expertise in DFM / DFA methodologies, tolerancing, manufacturing processes, CAD Preferred Hardware / Software product integration experience Proficiency in, or experience collaborating with, Controls / EE (firmware, sensors, actuator packaging) Record of mechanical design for products that have scaled to mass production
