We’re looking for a creative and collaborative Sr. Product Marketing Manager to improve revenue efficiency through effective market research, sales enablement, and collateral development. This role reports to the Director of Product, Customer, and Lifecycle Marketing.
Responsibilities include:
- Understand: Build strong relationships with customer-facing teams, including Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management. Conduct market research to deeply understand our revenue lifecycle, value proposition, and buying personas.
- Plan: Improve close rates by identifying enablement gaps across our revenue lifecycle and managing a roadmap of enablement priorities for new and updated assets to maximize revenue efficiency.
- Execute: Own the production, adoption, and effectiveness of our commercial assets, including our collateral, messaging, and talk tracks.
The ideal candidate has:
- 5 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS companies with complex buying processes. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Experience generating market research and buyer personas to craft compelling messaging, with a passion for distilling complex products into clear, differentiated value propositions.
- The ability to create and execute effective product launch and go-to-market strategies, incorporating the perspectives of multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional writing, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success, including collaborating cross-functionally across departments.
- Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment.

The target salary range for this position is $140,000-$170,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
