Position Summary
Actis is seeking a high-caliber individual to support the firm’s Sustainable Infrastructure business, with a focus on product management and development. The role is based in New York and will work closely with the Actis and General Atlantic Capital Solutions teams globally. The individual will report to a Vice President within Capital Solutions.
The individual will play an integral role in positioning Actis’s investment products, supporting fundraising strategy, and ensuring that the platform’s investment capabilities are effectively represented to institutional investors across North America and globally.
Responsibilities
The individual will have a diverse set of responsibilities including:
Investor Research and Data Management
- Conduct research on institutional investors using Preqin, PitchBook, LinkedIn, public plan websites, and other sources to deepen CSG’s knowledge of investor programs and identify new prospects
- Maintain and leverage internal CRM (DealCloud) to track investor data, engagement, and fundraising progress
Fundraising and Investor Engagement:
- Support the planning and execution of fundraising roadshows and investor events
- Respond to investor queries and ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of information
- Prepare investor briefing materials and meeting notes to support senior relationship managers
Marketing and Materials Preparation
- Partner with the Product Specialist team and internal stakeholders to develop and refine fundraising and investor relations materials, including ad-hoc requests, presentations, and client deliverables
- Coordinate with CSG and Investment teams to ensure marketing materials effectively position Actis’s funds and strategies for external audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of experience in alternative asset fundraising, investment banking, consulting, or financial services strongly preferred
- Demonstrated interest in infrastructure, sustainability, and impact investing. Knowledge of Infrastructure and Real Estate themes and sectors preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., DealCloud) preferred
- Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative team player
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a high performing global organization. Highly collaborative and capable of working effectively cross functionally.

General Atlantic offers a robust reward program to all employees that will support you and your family, maintaining fulfilling, secure and healthy lives now and into the future, which includes but is not limited to medical insurance, retirement savings contributions, mental and physical health resources and an equal pay program that allows you to earn a base salary of $110,000-$155,000 of which the exact amount offered will be driven by the degree to which you meet role requirements, additional special skills and experience. Additional reward programs, such as annual discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive programs, are available for eligible employees and are offered as recognition for performance and one’s contributions towards the organization’s success.
