Glossier is looking for a proactive and highly organized Brand Marketing Associate (Contractor) to support the execution of key brand marketing initiatives, including go-to-market strategies, creative briefs, executional work, and retail events.

The ideal candidate will have a dive right in attitude with strong project management skills to support the execution and deliverance of tasks needed to stay on track with our product pipeline in a timely manner. They will bring an integrated marketing skill set, including cross-functional collaboration experience, and a strong perspective on other marketing channels (such as influencers, paid media, CRM, and more). This person should have a passion for thinking both creatively and analytically to drive effective campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for brand initiatives and product launches
  • Create and manage creative briefs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives
  • Support the execution of marketing plans through detailed project management and coordination
  • Help organize and execute retail events, ensuring seamless activation and brand consistency
  • Monitor campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to help refine marketing strategies

Qualifications:

  • Experience in brand marketing, go-to-market execution, and retail events (preferably in consumer goods or beauty)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative and analytical thinker with a passion for marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 3 month contract term to start based in New York
  • Working hours; 30 hours per week

In accordance with the applicable law, the following represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum compensation range for this position:

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
  • Compensation for the role will be determined based on permissible, non discriminatory factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.

NOTE: Glossier requires all newly-hired employees whose job responsibilities require them to work from a Glossier office or retail location or require them to travel, work in person with vendors or others or participate in creative productions to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
