HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Strategize & Innovate: Drive product development from conception to launch by synthesizing market research, client insights, and advisor feedback into a compelling product vision and actionable roadmap.
- Collaborate & Influence: Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams including Advisors, Technology, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to ensure holistic product delivery and adoption.
- Analyze & Optimize: Leverage data, user research, and experimentation to continuously refine product decisions, identify new opportunities, and address pain points.
- Lead & Execute: Own and meticulously manage the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives to adapt to evolving market needs and business objectives.
- Communicate & Articulate: Translate complex product features and requirements into clear, concise narratives for diverse audiences, from engineering teams to executive leadership.
- Champion User Experience: Work hand-in-hand with UX/UI designers to ensure the delivery of intuitive, high-quality, and delightful user experiences.
- Shape the Future: Define and evolve customer journeys, develop robust ROI-driven business cases, and represent the Product Team in key client engagements.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends and integrate innovative concepts to maintain a cutting-edge product offering, ensuring cohesiveness across the broader advisor and customer ecosystem.
We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Product Manager who possesses:
- Proven Expertise: 6+ years of hands-on product management experience within a dynamic, agile development environment.
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree is essential.
- Industry Acumen: A deep understanding of the financial services landscape, coupled with the ability to translate complex business needs into technological solutions.
- Strategic Thinker: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of driving ROI-driven outcomes.
- Proactive Leader: A highly motivated self-starter with an unwavering focus on execution and a passion for solving complex customer problems.
- Influential Collaborator: Demonstrated ability to build consensus, negotiate effectively, and foster strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Launch Experience: Proven success in launching major new products, ideally within a commercial context, with a foundational grasp of product marketing principles.
- Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding attention to detail, coupled with superior communication and presentation skills.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $115,000 -$270,000 . In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
