Our Impact

The Private Bank is a business unit of the Asset and Wealth Management Division (AWM) that provides tailored cash management and lending products, such as deposit, savings accounts, term deposits, bank loans, mortgages, and margin financing, to high-net-worth clients of the firm’s global Wealth Management businesses.

We are looking for an exceptional product leader to join our Private Bank product management team to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap across the Private Bank Lending and Deposits business. As Product leader for Private Bank, you will drive the design, development and launch of Private Bank products and services, collaborating with Private Bank business leadership and a network of cross-functional stakeholders to drive client and business outcomes.

Your Impact

  • Own the vision and strategy for Private bank product portfolio based on your domain expertise and understanding of client needs, driving long term lending and deposit balance growth.
  • Lead ideation and product development by deeply understanding client needs, business objectives, and competitive dynamics; delivering valuable products to our clients.
  • Partner with design and engineering to envision simple and intuitive client experiences.
  • Drive effective partnership with cross-functional teams (business, technology, operations, L&C etc.) to understand and document requirements, manage product delivery and set clear measurable metrics to measure impact and monitor progress.
  • Foster a strong product culture and delivery excellence by implementing product best practices and agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience with strong familiarity with Private Bank product ecosystem and regulatory/competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle for complex, large-scale initiatives (discovery, initiation, development, testing, iteration).
  • Experience in defining product requirements, create user stories, define acceptance criteria, implementation and oversee testing status (including JIRA proficiency).
  • Solid stakeholder management and project management skills, including experience with compliance/legal teams, ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work streams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $115000-$270000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
