The Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sectors span software, digital infrastructure, internet, e-commerce, sports and entertainment, publishing, advertising, broadcasting, cable, wireless, hosting, semiconductors, electronics and hardware. The Digital Infrastructure franchise specifically advises clients across data centers, fiber networks, wireless towers, and related connectivity and compute assets, one of the fastest-growing and most capital-intensive segments in the market today.
Role Overview
We are seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join our TMT (Digital Infrastructure) coverage team. Vice Presidents play a critical role in building and maintaining client relationships, leading deal teams, and executing a broad range of financial transactions. This position offers meaningful responsibility across advisory, structuring, and execution work, with the opportunity to shape client strategy and contribute to business origination in a high-growth sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships
Lead and manage advisory teams, including analysts and associates
Structure and execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
Execute equity and debt financing transactions
Drive high-quality execution across all phases of transactions
Partner with senior bankers to originate new business and shape client strategy across the Digital Infrastructure landscape
Qualifications
Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of investment banking experience, or
Bachelor's degree with 7 years minimum of investment banking or equivalent experience
Sector expertise in TMT / Digital Infrastructure is preferred
Proven experience executing M&A and financing transactions
Strong track record in an investment banking advisory role
At least 2 years of experience leading deal teams of analysts and associates
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $150000-$300000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
