Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Finance, and Business.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or a relevant advanced degree.
- Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
- Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks and experience taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.
- Ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a direction and organization that can scale quickly.
- Ability to take initiative, be a team player, proactive, and action-oriented with excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent business acumen and analytical, reporting, and presentation skills with the ability to influence others.
