Minimum qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in advertising, sales, sales strategy and operations, or relevant industries.
  • Experience managing relationships with executive stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Experience leading and coaching a team to meet goals.
  • Experience working with digital advertising product activation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with advertising agencies on digital product adoption or digital transformation.
  • Experience managing and coaching sellers, particularly in digital advertising sales.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies, including experience in sales, client-side, or at an agency.
  • Experience developing and managing seller incentive programs.
  • Familiarity with Google Advertising products, including Search, Performance Max, and YouTube.
  • Familiarity with the agency business model, particularly working with SMB advertisers.
