Minimum qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in software development or 10 years with an advanced degree.
- Experience architecting, designing, and developing distributed systems.
- Experience in technical leadership and setting technical direction for engineering projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience collaborating effectively across organizational boundaries, building relationships, and importing and exporting ideas to achieve broad organizational goals.
- Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that drive executional impact at scale.
