- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory experience or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 4 years of experience in a people management role.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree or Master's degree in an analytical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for a complex organization.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Ability to effectively influence, communicate and drive change, often cross-functionally, with multiple stakeholders at all levels of management.
- Excellent communication and presentation development skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into stories that influence an audience.

The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales and Strategy teams provide business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward, and drive sustainable business growth and product adoption. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$314,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Drive annual Business Planning for GCS, including critical organization conception and redesign in service of strategy.
- Own all aspects of strategy, management and optimization for GCS collaboration with Finance, Recruiting, and Sales.
- Lead large analytical projects for GCS in service of actionable, implementable insights.
- Lead sales performance projects and reporting.
- Lead team onboarding, development, and growth to deliver on strategic business goals and operational priorities.
