Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience executing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience implementing strategic initiatives in a demanding, change-oriented environment.
  • Experience structuring strategic analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience executing strategic and operational initiatives.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

gTech’s Strategy and Operations team (gSO) is made up of strategic partners and trusted advisors that drive success and transformative changes for gTech. The team creates value through functional and business knowledge to formulate and deliver strategies. gTech powers Google products by delivering operations and technical services like data ingestion, digitization, and localization, and uses their product and industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions for customers.

You will drive solutions to ambiguous and high-visibility business problems and opportunities for gTech. You will be at the forefront of building and driving solutions while working with business partners, influencing the ideas, and setting goals, helping transform early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives, and managing operations to ensure a landing that drives measurable impact.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$136,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Execute project components and support established business processes with guidance from the manager.
  • Provide insights and solutions to defined problems, helping evaluate business needs and challenges within assigned areas.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities. Communicate findings clearly and concisely in a structured format.
  • Build relationships and partner with team members, contributing to cross-functional projects and programs.
  • Develop knowledge of market dynamics, Google products, and internal processes, seeking guidance and support as needed to enhance skills.
