Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, product go-to-market, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with YouTube partners and creator ecosystems, the Gaming industry, or MediaCo operations and the customer and engaged contexts in which they operate.
  • Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, high energy, constantly evolving, and team environment.
  • Excellent business acumen, problem solving, and analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

About the job

The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. You will plan, operate business, design incentives and operations, and lead business strategy.

In this role, you will be a key partner to YouTube America's Partnership teams and leadership, helping them to bring our Creator, Emerging Experiences and Community (EMCO), and MediaCo products to market, and a leader for creators and publishers helping to bring their feedback to product teams to ensure it meets the needs of all of our creators and partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Support the launch of Creator, EMCO, and MediaCo products in markets.
  • Synthesize and prioritize regional product feedback, make recommendations on product roadmap to global.
  • Collaborate with global product, regional and country teams on pilots, program assessments, and cross-functional engagements to drive market growth and support business plan.
  • Work with Global Product Activation team and the Americas YouTube Partnerships team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while also leading cross­-functional projects working with broad stakeholder set.
  • Own the product Go-to-Market strategy for three key verticals/products: Creator, EMCO, and MediaCo.
