Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience leading the production of projects from creative brief through launch.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing content storytelling and live show or film production.
  • Experience working with an internal creative team.
  • Experience in leadership.
  • Knowledge about brands, stories, ideas, and experiential production.
  • Excellent executive presence.

About the job

Our marketing campaign projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As part of the Global Marketing team, you plan requirements with internal customers and/or external agencies and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will produce content and creative that fosters connections and conversations between employees, consumers, partners, and influencers at some of Google’s highest profile events and experiences in the U.S., including keynotes, launch events, and consumer experiential initiatives. You will understand every step of content production, from concept to delivery, and can find space for creativity to flourish within tight time frames and budgets. You will be a storyteller who understands storytelling in a live setting, and the art of combining words, images, and sounds for impacts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Craft overall event narrative and bring it to life through event content like graphics and animations, videos or films, product demos, and live performances.
  • Partner with internal marketing partners to deliver on business priorities through event storytelling.
  • Manage team of agency partners to oversee all content production elements.
  • Work collaboratively with in-house creative team of directors, designers, animators, copywriters, and other members of the events.
  • Oversee other production elements, such as asset clearances and talent logistics.
