  • Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills for data and information.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with experience in large-scale projects.
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, develop recommendations, and execute action plans and campaigns.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, interacting with diverse stakeholders (technical, business, all levels), and driving change within an organization.

About the job

The Events and Experiences team brings the magic of Google to life through physical experiences that make our brand tangible, human, and shareable. You will collaborate across teams and departments to create delightful, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave a lasting impression.

This is a team of creatives, designers, event managers and producers who focus on humanizing Google through brand experience. From our marquee events like Google I/O, to pop-up donut shops, Events and Experiences (E+E) collaborates with teams across the company on real and virtual events, content and broadcasts, experiential campaigns, innovative digital experiences and more.

You will be part of a small and nimble team responsible for supporting small and large-scale, multi-channel partnerships and campaigns that feature celebrities and influencers. The day-to-day will be spent supporting team members along with internal and external agency partners and regional teams, all to ensure that celebrity partnerships are centralized, integrated and deliver impact.

You will work in close partnership marketing managers and senior level team members to ensure partnerships are monitored, tracked and properly executed.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with core product and brand marketers from assigned product areas to quickly learn their challenges, insights, and opportunities, and devise creative influencer-based solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and grow relationships across product marketing managers to ensure collaboration and amplification for all influencer activations
  • Support the team in identifying and building relationships with celebrities and influencers and actively pitch partnership opportunities
  • Support the team in drafting newsletters of industry information including influencer brand partnerships and cultural impactful campaigns and organizing entertainment agency monthly check-ins
  • Own communications with key product areas overseeing efficiencies across celebrity integrations.
