Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working within the Programmatic Advertising Landscape (i.e., Ad Tech providers, Supply Side Platforms, and programmatic sellers or buyers).
- Experience with launching into new markets or vertical appetite to take calculated risks and advocate strategies.
- Knowledge of Google’s ad product offerings, sales teams, or service operations as well as the customer and engaged contexts related to the programmatic advertising space.
- Ability to take data and insights and distill them into meaningful and coherent presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate business or technical concepts internally.

Within Global Partnerships, the Sellside organization works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The team partners with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google’s broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob, and Ad Manager, across mobile, display, and video formats, helping our partners and their audiences get the most out of the Internet.Responsibilities
- Drive development of detailed Google Ad Manager Product go-to-market strategies for a rapidly changing industry and team environment, with a focus on shaping the future of the advertising business.
- Develop and co-author strategy papers in collaboration with Program Managers/Engineers evaluating the viability of entering new verticals and markets.
- Co-develop Google Ad Manager related product roadmap alongside cross-functional stakeholders to advance the advertising business.
- Compile, prioritize, and synthesize market and sales requests into global sales requirements that then drive the product development process for Google Ad Manager.
- Partner with Product, Engineering and other cross-functional stakeholders to align on Google Ad Manager Commercialization strategy.
