Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, finance sales, or advisory role, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree, or MBA in a related technical field.
- 4 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for a complex organization.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.

Join a high-impact global team leading Video Ads Product Go-to-Market (PGTM) supporting Google’s Sellside Publisher-facing business. This role focuses on serving the rapidly evolving Video and Connected TV (CTV) space to commercialize product offerings within Ad Serving, Supply Side Platform capabilities, and Deals offerings within Google Ad Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to global business growth and market penetration. You will play a critical role in shaping the Product strategy, prioritization of the roadmap, and lead commercial go-to-market activation as you execute product launches, globally, to the Sales team and Video Publisher customer base.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate core business planning, operating cadences, and leadership engagement to achieve organizational outcomes.
- Own the identification and maintenance of key business metrics, set metrics for new products or business ventures, and determine tools and behaviors that are required to drive the metrics.
- Set comprehensive sales, product or business strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth.
- Lead collaboration with and support of cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regions on key strategic processes and initiatives.
- Drive strategic change with stakeholder support, manage expectations, influence, support, challenge, and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility.
