Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 2 years of experience in product management developing data infrastructure products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Experience with storage databases or AI/ML data infrastructure.
- Experience working with in-house built data infrastructure for globally distributed systems.
- Experience driving the full product life-cycle; product goal, design discussions, product roadmaps, technical requirements, go-to-market strategy and growth strategy across a wide variety of stakeholders.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
This role will focus on developing products for extended storage system capabilities that power AI/ML data and user journeys. More specifically, the products will enable custom computations to be performed by storage and query engines while simplifying the deployment and accessibility of business logic. This is a technically complex space that would greatly benefit from a motivated Product Manager with a passion for artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Define AI/ML product strategy and goal.
- Cadence communication and presentations to executive leaders highlighting AI product strategy, technical execution, product challenges, and AI product opportunities for investment.
- Build trust and rhythm with stakeholders across Google to understand needs, challenges, and priorities while collaborating on joint strategies and future opportunities.
- Partner with UX researchers on initiatives including studies, user research, technical requirements, and product opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate strategy and research into priorities, initiatives, and execution plans.
