Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in growth marketing.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in digital advertising, video content and using Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, GPT 3/4, Midjourney) for business use cases.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in one or more of the following fields such as growth, product, brand, social or partner marketing or research.
- Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
- Experience using data analytics to identify user insights, opportunities and testing.
- Experience with marketing and business operations, financial analytics, or other related investigative experience.

This role is in the Global Acquisitions team, with a focus on discovery and development of the next frontier of growth, such as 3P advertising, and AI-fueled acceleration.As a Product Marketing Manager on the Global Ads Marketing team, you will ensure the success of our growing customer base and deliver strong business growth through acquisition and beyond. You will be responsible for developing an integrated marketing SMB Ads strategy and Go-to-Market (GTM) to drive engagement and conversions, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs). You will drive the growth strategy across channels such as Search, Display and Social Media, partnering with creative and media agencies and working with sales, product, insights, and marketing teams to bring the strategy to life. You will have prowess, problem-solving and investigative capabilities, managing executive stakeholders across functions, managing paid media campaigns either through an agency or directly, create momentum across multiple teams, passion for execution, knowledge of our products, industry trends, Business-to-Business (B2B) acquisitions marketing, and exceptional project management and communication skills. You will require mastery in growth marketing tactics to build and manage campaigns that drive sustainable and scalable growth of Google business.

Responsibilities
- Build strategy for SMB video advertising to unlock growth for Ads.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and creative working with the channel and program teams for global rollout, partnering with regional and local marketing teams.
- Collaborate with Finance and strategy and operations (S&O) teams on budgets and forecasting paid media plans.
- Develop business strategy and product roadmap using customer research, technology and business objectives.
- Manage data and performance reporting analysis to measure impact and refine strategy.
