About the job
In this role, you will analyze market insights and industry trends to develop optimal solutions and guide our partners here at Google. You will educate marketers, support Google's content strategy, run medium- to large-scale campaigns, and communicate effectively through multiple scalable marketing initiatives. You will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive education, engagement, and adoption.Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.Responsibilities
- Deliver full marketing projects with minimal assistance, using user research and market analysis to develop insights for leadership. Evaluate product improvements, identify user life-cycle strategies to drive growth, and manage engaging priorities to execute marketing plans and achieve goals.
- Recommend creative marketing solutions by identifying and implementing new methods or tools, addressing escalated issues, and proactively seeking opportunities to improve processes and solve new challenges for the team and business.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align goals. Act as a trusted partner in product development and go-to-market processes, manage external partners or agencies, and coordinate project timelines.
- Apply a working knowledge of core products, user insights, and brand marketing strategy. Confidently present at team meetings, while continuously developing new skills to enhance your contributions.
