About the job
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can change the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of B2C performance campaigns for the Gemini app.
- Analyze and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the wider team for improving performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement a A/B testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Creative, and Analytics, to ensure paid media strategies are aligned with broader product and marketing goals.
- Coordinate campaign operations, including managing creative asset pipelines and localization (i18n) workflows, to ensure timely campaign launches in a high-velocity environment
