Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns on channels such as Google Ads, Paid Social or other performance-based platforms.
  • Experience with mobile app marketing, including familiarity with the iOS ecosystem and mobile measurement.
  • Experience marketing a new-to-market consumer tech or AI product.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, generate reports, and optimize towards performance metrics (e.g., CPI, CPA, CPD) with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously in a changing environment with excellent project management and communication skills.

As a Growth Marketing Manager on the Consumer Apps team, you will be at the forefront of promoting Gemini across the globe. You'll develop marketing plans that leverage paid media to support strategies that drive user growth and engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the paid media strategy for Gemini, with a focus on driving performance through Search Engine Marketing (SEM) install campaigns. You will develop and execute campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze performance to optimize for growth and user acquisition.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of B2C performance campaigns for the Gemini app.
  • Analyze and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the wider team for improving performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement a A/B testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Creative, and Analytics, to ensure paid media strategies are aligned with broader product and marketing goals.
  • Coordinate campaign operations, including managing creative asset pipelines and localization (i18n) workflows, to ensure timely campaign launches in a high-velocity environment
