Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project delivery, prioritization, and working across cross-functional stakeholders to influence strategy and decision making.
  • Experience working on complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to establish relationships and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional technical and business partners.
  • Ability to manage complex topics simultaneously and drive them to completion, without any guidance and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analysis, business judgment, and written/verbal communication skills.

About the job

In this role, you will provide business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. You will stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

You will combine excellent business acumen with distinctive project management capabilities. You will analyze strategic issues, define next steps, and confidently communicate with executive stakeholders. You will gain invaluable experience in this high impact and dynamic role as you play an instrumental part in defining the strategy for the customers on the Americas Ads Policy Team.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

For Toronto applicants:

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 150,000-154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the Americas (AMER) regional strategy for the Ads Policy customer experience pillar.
  • Partner with sales executives and leaders across Global GTM, Trust and Safety, and gTech Customer Experience to reduce ecosystem friction and scale policy operations.
  • Manage complex deployments, from restrictive policy launches to anti-scam interventions, that protect the users while enabling business growth.
  • Own and drive critical improvements for Ads policy management, focus on systematic efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Strengthen the client relationships through targeted enablement and ensure high-impact escalations are resolved effectively.
