Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience influencing product leadership through development of programming and event execution that focuses on showcasing priorities and key customer pain points.
  • Experience in Google and YouTube’s ad solutions and value proposition in the market, with a specialization in creative ads products and generative AI.
  • Experience in the creative development process and the creative ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and influence and drive results without official authority.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including providing data driven, actionable insights to shape strategy and key decisions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a productive feedback loop between GTM/PSA/Marketing/Sales and Product Management/Engineering/UX on product needs, relative prioritization and activation strategy.
  • Lead global strategy and commercialization efforts to drive vertical video adoption and operational excellence via sales enablement initiatives.
  • Align stakeholder POVs across regions, sales channels, GPS, Marketing, PM, UX and Engineering to drive actionable progress on our creative strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to influence creative product roadmaps and effectively communicate and commercialize solutions to sales teams across the globe.
  • Drive the commercialization strategy for a portfolio of creative product solutions. Create all relevant business documentation/collateral/training for a portfolio of creative product solutions.
