Minimum qualifications:

- 3 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- Experience in consumer internet and media industries.
- Experience using SQL or data analytics tools deliver insights and recommendations.
About the job
The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC.In this role, you will be a key partner to the YouTube and Google Business Organization brand agreement teams and leadership, helping them to drive brand sponsorships for YouTube. You will demonstrate the ability for strong problem solving, program management and cross-functional collaboration with multiple levels of the organization, and pragmatism in accomplishing goals effectively.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive and execute strategy for brand agreements and partnerships across YouTube and Google.
- Design and establish operational processes to facilitate sponsorship agreements for YouTube creators. Synthesize and prioritize creator feedback; make recommendations on the operating model.
- Work seamlessly with the YouTube Partnerships team and Google Business Organization to drive business outcomes and facilitate partnership opportunities, while also leading cross-functional projects working with a broad stakeholder set.
- Analyze data trends to generate insights to influence brand agreements roadmap and drive market growth.
- Develop global and market insights, keeping a pulse on the creator marketing industry and engaged platforms to synthesize key trends, gaps, and opportunities for YouTube.
