- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- 2 years of experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with or within Influencer Marketing Agencies (IMAs) or the broader 3P creator ecosystem.
- Experience navigating highly matrixed, global organizations to drive alignment and execution.
- Proven ability to lead high-visibility cross-functional initiatives with marketing, product, and sales leadership, including exceptional communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of leading sales activation efforts, ideally for a global program, including GTM strategy and sales activation for complex ad products.
- Deep expertise in the creator/influencer marketing landscape, including both brand deals/sponsored content and paid media amplification/“boosting”.
About the job
We are seeking a leader to drive global commercialization of YouTube’s Creator Ad Solutions, spanning both organic sponsored content and paid media amplification (Partnership Ads). As a Senior Global Product Solutions Lead (GPSL), you will be the primary architect of our commercialization strategy, ensuring that the value proposition of creator-led advertising is understood and adopted at scale.
In this role, you will lead key initiatives like designing sales motions, establishing market-facing claims and best practices, as well as deepening YouTube’s partnership with the 3P ecosystem of Influencer Marketing Agencies & SaaS partners. You will be accountable for translating complex product capabilities into clear product positioning and work with Marketing & GTM to produce high-impact narratives, ultimately defining how the world’s biggest brands invest in YouTube creators.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Develop and convert the global value proposition and "why YouTube" story for creator solutions.
- Establish global sales motions, playbooks, and best practices backed by rigorous performance claims and data.
- Collaborate on high-profile initiatives, including creator-led events, "moments," and brand perception tracking.
- Strengthen the activation muscle for the Influencer Marketing Agency (IMA) channel to drive third-party advocacy and spend.
- Partner with product teams to a build deep understanding of our creator-oriented solutions, in order to establish clear sales-friendly positioning.
