Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Ad Solutions and video advertising (e.g., AI-powered performance solutions and Video, and CTV).
- Knowledge of Google, Video and Social industry ads products and services in relation to the marketplace.
- Understanding of the performance landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
- Ability to lead and execute compelling sales pitches.
- Excellent tactical and systems thinking skills, with the ability to align strategies to deliver measurable customer business outcomes.

The APCS Video team operates in a dynamic, cross-functional environment focused on building demand, managing commercial agreements, and disrupting the evolving video landscape. Leveraging expertise in YouTube and DV360, we guide advertisers and agencies through the industry’s structural shift toward Connected TV, online, and social video, helping them scale in the digital age.
As an Account Executive, you will be a proactive specialist who will grow in this dynamic setting. You will use your expertise in social video and understanding of YouTube’s offerings to align advertiser objectives with creative strategies, driving measurable value for agency partners.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and performers offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
- Lead social video pitches across Holding Companies/Operating Companies (e.g., pitch preparation and delivery; meetings with top agency account teams; closing sale in coordination with agreement lead).
- Hit in quarter sales goals through agreement activation and close collaboration with internal and external account teams.
- Build relationships with social video teams and Influencer Marketing Agencies (IMAs) drive successful share shifts in both the upfront and in-quarter market.
- Scale individual team efforts into a uniform team approach (i.e., cross-team best practice sharing; standardizing agreement-related sales materials, etc.).
