Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- 3 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or MS in a related field.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience presenting complex technical solutions and analysis to senior stakeholders
- Experience using SQL or data analytics tools deliver insights and recommendations.
- Ability to work independently on project deliverables in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while working well in cross-functional teams.
About the job
The YouTube Business Product Activation Team is responsible for bringing product to market and market to product. The team works closely with both business and product leaders to scale adoption of YouTube products across the partner and creator ecosystem.
The core capabilities of the team include: designing go-to-market strategies, identifying and prioritizing product activation opportunities across the business, ensuring launch readiness, defining and driving execution on product activation across segments, understanding needs of partners and creators to provide Product teams with market feedback and prioritization to shape product roadmaps, developing content strategy, collecting and synthesizing user feedback, and tracking performance.
Go-to-Market Solutions is responsible for managing all go-to-market functions for the YouTube Business Organization including strategy and business operations, analytics and data science, partnership enablement, and product activation. The team is responsible for shaping go-to-market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly; enhancing skills and capabilities to support execution of business priorities; managing efficiency across business operations; building excellent go-to-market infrastructure (e.g., data infra, insights reports, decision making models, dashboards). This team combines strategic, operational, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and drive change across a global organization.

Responsibilities
- Conduct complex strategic analyses to support critical questions facing the Product Activation team using advanced SQL queries and spreadsheet analysis.
- Lead end-to-end development and deployment of centralized insights dashboards for Product Activation related data.
- Conduct opportunity sizing to prioritize products for YouTube Business Org. activations, working with Product Activation Leads, Finance, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Act as a thought leader in defining product activation Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the YouTube Business (Org) Organization. Present recommendations effectively at multiple levels (including to executive leadership) with strong storytelling and visual displays.
- Conduct requirements gathering and project scoping sessions with subject matter experts, business users, and executive stakeholders to discover and define business analysis and reporting needs.
