Minimum qualifications:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $282,000-$392,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Define the product vision and strategy for cross-Workspace AI-first search experiences, and design and lead a multi-year roadmap. Analyze industry trends to drive innovation, and deliver forward-thinking approaches to long-term opportunities.
Own the cross-functional product development process from ideation to launch. Manage leadership review forums and track key company-level deliverables. Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Engage regularly with leaders as a trusted advisor to understand their strategies and priorities to inform the product roadmap. Partner closely with engineering, UX, and other internal teams to drive product success. Represent the customer, identifying opportunities for reuse, standardization, and innovation.
Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team of product managers. Elevate the capabilities of teams within and around your area.
