Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience with technology sales or advertising sales.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing a high-performance sales team.
  • Experience in programmatic sales with a proven record of consistent success.
  • Knowledge of the linear, connected TV (CTV), social, and digital video marketplace.
  • Knowledge and passion for Google's ad products, especially Display and Video 360.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships with executive clients and stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of DV360 Account Strategists in the US, Canada, and Spanish Latin America (SPLA), helping to onboard and grow GCS mid-market new business for programmatic clients.
  • Develop and foster C-Level relationships at strategic Agencies and Advertisers.
  • Build strong relationships with partners across Google, collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, share insights, and drive customer success.
  • Develop innovative strategies that enable seamless onboarding onto DV360 and ongoing account growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enable success for DV360 Account Strategists.
