Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in business leadership, management consulting, or the Media Company industry.
  • 3 years of experience managing stakeholder groups.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of YouTube partners and creator ecosystem or Media Company operations as well as the customer and competitive contexts in which they operate.
  • Ability to demonstrate track record of strategic thinking and creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to effectively influence, communicate with, and drive change among cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, high energy, constantly evolving, team environment.
  • Excellent business sense with distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.

About the job

As a part of the YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations, you will be responsible for leading global, cross-functional initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. In this role, the core capabilities of the team include strategic planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

In this role, you will be a key partner to YouTube Americas Partnerships teams and leadership, helping them to bring our Media Company/Connected TV and Podcast products to market, and an advocate for creators and publishers helping to bring their feedback to product teams to ensure it meets the needs of all of our creators and partners.At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we share, and build community through our stories. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the product go-to-market strategy in the Americas for Connected TV (CTV) and Podcast verticals/products.
  • Partner seamlessly with Global Product Activation team and the AMER YouTube Partnerships team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while leading cross­-functional projects working with broad stakeholder set.
  • Drive the launch of CTV and Podcast products in AMER markets.
  • Synthesize and prioritize regional product feedback, assess implications on product strategy and deliver recommendations on product roadmap to global product organization.
  • Collaborate with global product, regional and country teams on pilots, program assessments, and cross-functional engagements to drive market growth and support business plans.
